When purchasing any products via our electronic platform, the following terms and conditions apply. With the electronic confirmation of the order, it becomes legally binding for you

We only accept prepayment for our products

 

Refund policy

Within 14 days of receipt of the goods, they can be returned without a reason. Please keep the original packaging material for the return shipment. The goods must be in their original condition only without any damages. Amounts paid for the goods will be returned after deduction of the transaction expenses. Please inform us regarding any returns immediately. The Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returns

 

Defects

Quality is important to us. Refund amounts are returned in full. The costs for the return shipping will be credited to you for your next order

 

Compensation

Claims for damages due to errors in the images, prices and texts or due to late delivery are excluded. The color of the products shown in the online shop may differ from the actual product color
